Initial consultation

Start with the situation in front of you.

This is a focused conversation to understand what is happening, what decision or deadline matters, and whether TaxSpectra is the right fit. It is not a tax return review, legal opinion, investment recommendation, or completed strategy engagement.

Before you schedule

Bring a concise picture, not a perfect file.

What to bring
The decision or problem, relevant dates or deadlines, the people and entities involved, and what you are trying to accomplish. If an IRS notice is involved, have the notice number and response date available.
During the conversation
We will identify the central issue, clarify scope, discuss whether TaxSpectra can help, and outline the most responsible next step.
Afterward
If the matter is a fit, you may receive a proposed scope and fee before deciding whether to engage. If it is not a fit, the conversation ends without a promise of services.
What it does not include
No filing position, representation, legal conclusion, investment recommendation, or guaranteed outcome is created by scheduling or attending the consultation.
Consultation fee
TaxSpectra does not state a consultation fee on this site. Review the scheduler details before confirming; service fees are quoted separately based on scope.

Do not place Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax documents, or other sensitive records in the scheduling form.
